There seems to be an influx of interest on Alibaba custom watches which cater to many watch companies all around the world. However, a good friend of mine was recently scammed and robbed blindly for $700 USD + The cost
of $23 for actually sending the broken watches which looked nothing like the render or order he placed for sample automatic dive watches. The company name is MEXDA and they use fake mockups of popular watches to draw you in. He even explained how nice they were and how quick the turn around time would be ( 30 Days ). Well, 90 days later after complaining...he received two replica Rolex low quality watches which is nothing alike the custom dive watches he ordered! The sad part about it is the watches did not even function. The company then refunded him after begging numerous times and frustrating long nights of back and forth messages via AliBaba messenger. Two months later...it seems the watches never made it to “Factory”, and the seller Mexda Watch opened a PayPal case stating they wanted their $700 for literally $20 rolex replicas. People, be careful when dealing with these crooks ( some of them ) - and never trust anything you do not see in person.
